QUALITY ASSURANCE AUTOMATION DEVELOPER

• Helped assemble and train a team of 5 QA engineers that I now lead for manual and automated testing.
• Developed UI and API automated testing frameworks for multiple Pharmacy Benefit Management products. This includes the SOAP and REST Prior Authorization web services, the IAM REST web services, the ECS REST web services, and the client-facing web-based applications MedResponse, Appeals, and ECS.
• Developed automated tests to verify the accuracy of client reports against the database. The reports contain over a million pharmacy claims, with each claim containing hundreds of data fields.
• Developed hundreds of automated tests for the afore mentioned PBM products. All tests run daily or weekly using Jenkins, and automatically report results to Jira Xray.
• Helped develop the mechanism for reporting automated test results to SpiraTeam by way of TestNG and Inflectra's SOAP web services API.

• Quickly gained an understanding of ComplianceMetrix's existing object oriented test automation framework.
• Enhanced the existing test automation framework to adapt to advancements in ComplianceMetrix's platform.
• Developed over 50 UI unit tests to test the CMX platform, and over 20 complex UI workflow tests to test specific client features. All automated tests were developed using Java, Selenium, and JavaScript.
• Developed an automated method for dynamically filling out audit forms: handling any number of pages, any number of web elements per page, and any combination of web elements.
• Made enhancements to the automation team's Retest web service developed in C#. The Retest service accepts batches of automated tests, and re-executes the tests on the automation team's server.

• Responsible for testing the MDIS Oracle database replication and recovery system, plus the 20 classes and more than 100 methods contained in the MDIS.DLL. The MDIS.DLL was tested using a test harness written in VB while controlling the testcases using SilkTest.
• Responsible for testing 2 different TCP/IP services that connect to pharmacy clients, transmitting and receiving prescription data.
