• Created test suites for the almost infinite combinations of data types used in expressing music.
• White box and black box testing experience using MacsBug and other debuggers / memory watchers.
• Created software installers for both the Mac & PC. Burned cross-platform CD-ROMs for software installation. Experience working with oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers to reduce high frequency noise emitted by hardware. Escorted the 64XTC MIDI interface through FCC testing.
• Quickly learned to test Opcode's entire product line (sometimes simultaneously) without previous knowledge of the products. Professional music software is quite complicated in that it is required to interface with external hardware, and sync in real-time to external devices.
• Many of your favorite music CDs, movie soundtracks, and TV sound tracks in the 1990s were created using Opcode products.
